Returns & Refund Policy
At LAMC, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines important information regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged or incorrect items.
By placing an order with LAMC, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns
At this time, LAMC does not accept returns on any items purchased through our store. All sales are considered final, and customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, specifications, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Items purchased during promotions or sales
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at lamcstore.co@outlook.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items.
Refunds
LAMC does not offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.
Because all sales are final, refunds will not be issued for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Refused or unclaimed packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information, including product selection, shipping address, and contact details, is correct before submitting payment.
Damages and Issues
We understand that issues may occasionally occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Lamcstore.co@outlook.com.
To help us review your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
Once your claim has been reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement item or store assistance where applicable.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be sent at no additional cost. We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet our eligibility requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
All products sold by LAMC are considered non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Sale items
- Promotional items
- Clearance items
- Opened or used items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Personalized or custom products (if applicable)
These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are expected to:

- Ensure all shipping and billing information is accurate
- Inspect orders upon delivery
- Report any issues within the required timeframe
LAMC is not responsible for errors made during checkout, including incorrect shipping addresses or product selections made by the customer.
